SHIPPING POLICY

At Remnants of Love, we take great care in ensuring your bespoke lingerie arrives safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

  • As each piece of lingerie is bespoke, please allow for a minimum production time of 6 weeks from date of your approved design. This allows us to ensure every detail is crafted to perfection.

  • We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location and preferences. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

    • Domestic (UK) Shipping: Standard, Express

    • International Shipping: Worldwide Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. These will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  • Your lingerie will be beautifully packaged to reflect the care and craftsmanship that goes into creating it. We ensure all items are carefully protected during transit.

    • Domestic Deliveries (UK): Offering only Express Delivery for the most secure arrival, typically arriving in 1-2 days.
       

    • International Deliveries: Times vary depending on the destination. For international orders, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
       

    Please note that customs procedures and international shipping can occasionally cause delays. In the event that any damages occur during our agreement, we take care of the costs.

  • While we put great care into creating your bespoke lingerie, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as imagined. Here's our returns and exchanges policy to ensure clarity:
     

    • Due to the personalised nature of our bespoke lingerie, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made pieces. Once the design is approved and production has started, we are unable to accept returns.
       

    • If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please reach out to us immediately. We will address the issue promptly.
