  • How can I start my bespoke lingerie order?
    Start your bespoke lingerie order by contacting us through our form or email. We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your wedding dress, your vision, and any preferences. Once we understand your needs, we'll guide you through sending your fabric and starting the design process.
  • Do I need to send my whole wedding dress, or just the remnants?
    We only require the fabric remnants from your dress, any scraps left after alterations. We recommend coordinating with your seamstress to ensure you send us the materials you want to repurpose. If you're unsure about what to send, we can help with recommendations during our consultation.
  • How long does it take to receive my bespoke lingerie?
    Every piece we create is bespoke and made to order, so the timeline depends on the design complexity. On average, please allow 6-8 weeks for the design, creation, and delivery of your lingerie. We will confirm the expected timeline during the design consultation to ensure we meet your needs.
  • Which fabrics can be used for my bespoke lingerie?
    We primarily use your wedding dress fabric, but we may add lace, satin, or other luxurious deadstock fabrics to enhance your lingerie. We'll work with you to ensure your design is beautiful and achievable with the available materials.
  • Can I choose the design of my lingerie?
    Absolutely! The design process is fully customisable. We will discuss your preferences, take your measurements, and create a design sketch that reflects your personal style. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the design before we begin creating the lingerie.
  • How much does bespoke lingerie cost?
    Our bespoke lingerie service begins at £600. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the fabrics used, and the time required to create your piece. We will provide a clear cost estimate once we’ve discussed your design in detail.
  • What if I’m not happy with the final product?
    We take great pride in creating pieces that you’ll love, but we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as imagined. Because each piece is bespoke, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing error. If you're unhappy with the final product, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
  • Is it possible to order multiple pieces or a set?
    Yes, we can create matching sets or additional pieces for your bridal wardrobe. Whether it's for your honeymoon or the wedding day, we can accommodate your needs. Note that additional pieces may be made from our fabric library, not just your dress remnants.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be applied towards any of our bespoke services. It’s a perfect way to give the gift of a timeless keepsake to a loved one.
  • Can you ensure my lingerie will be ready before my wedding day?
    We make sure your lingerie arrives well before your wedding day. During our consultation, we'll discuss your date and adjust the timeline to ensure everything is perfect and on time.
  • What if I live outside the UK? Can I still place an order?
    Yes! We offer international shipping. However, please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and additional shipping fees may apply. Contact us for more details on international orders.
  • Is shipping included in the price?
